Heather Phillips has been working in the Financial Industry including the compliance department for twelve years.  She started out managing data for a mid-sized Mutual Fund Dealership.  She helped create the supervision program for the compliance department and then studied to become a Compliance Officer for the company.  As a Compliance Officer Heather reviewed many seminars and courses.  When she was the Chief Compliance Officer she was so intrigued by one of them that she became a student.
