Tips to live to 100

This blog was inspired by a 100 year man who ran the marathon (26 miles / 42 km) this past weekend in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. 

Tips to live to 100:

  • Balance rest with activity
  • Eat Less
  • Eat more quality food
  • Exercise your mind by doing puzzles, crosswords, triva, riddles
  • Exercise your body with stretching, weight lifting, walking
  • Maintain interaction with others 
  • Have friends and have fun!!

 

My motto from the age of 16 has been "Live, Love & Laugh"  I guess I will live a long time!!
